6 Minute KISS Circuit
Body Weight Squats (30 seconds)
Push-ups (30 seconds)
Jumping Jacks (30 seconds)
Rest 30 seconds then repeat circuit two more times for a total of 3 rounds.
12 Minute KISS Circuit
Body Weight Squats (30 seconds)
Push-ups (30 seconds)
Jumping Jacks (30 seconds)
Rest 30 seconds then repeat circuit 5 more times for a total of 6 rounds.
