What do Valerie Bertinelli, Marie Osmond & Star Jones have in common? Number one they’re all celebrities. But most recently they all have "losing weight in the public eye" in common too. All three of them also accomplished their goal with the same basic premise. Now even though they all used different methods (Valerie Jenny Craig & Weight Training, Star Jones Gastric Bypass & Pilates and Marie Osmond NutriSystems & Dancing), each of their approaches contained two very simple concepts that are essential to any weight loss program no matter what it is and they are: ACTIVITY and CALORIC RESTRICTION. Bottom line, if you don’t move and BURN more than you take in, the scale’s NOT going to move either.
And if you think about another common link to these three ladies success stories it’s that they all found something that they LIKED to do. Cause face it, if you don’t like it, chances are you’re not going to do it. Or if you do, it’ll only be short lived and then you’ll be back to your old habits in no time.
