Favorite Smoothie Recipe

Paleo” Esque Smoothie

1-2 Handfuls Organic Kale, Spinach or Super Greens (combo)
1/2 C Greek Yogourt
1 Banana (optional forgot to add in video)
1Tsp Coconut Mana (creamed coconut) or Peanut Butter
Handful or 1C Organic Strawberries
1C Organic Blueberries
1-1 1/2 C Unsweetened Coconut, Almond or Coconut Almond Milk Blend

Blend all ingredients on high and enjoy!

Just in case you’re wondering why I call this a Paleo Esque smoothie, it’s because this recipe contains dairy (Greek Yogurt).  I believe the hard core Paleo crowd wouldn’t approve, but I’m not big on labels anyway.  It’s all about eating “Real Food”  right.
