To continue on with the series of 50 fat loss tips for a flat belly and tight ass, here are 5 popular did-bits that were posted on my Face Book Coach Deb Fitness page.
1.) Set up standing appointments with a friend to go walking, jogging, biking or hiking.
2.) Keeping crappy food in your house creates temptations that you more than likely will give in to. If you want to make better food choices…get rid of it!
3.) Park farther away from things so you’ll walk more or better yet…walk or ride your bike to the store.
4.)Do strength training (lift weights or body weight). Not easy stuff either. Make it hard. Builds more muscle & burns more energy (calories).
5.) Stay upright-you burn more energy and less sitting helps with tight hips. This means not sitting in front of a computer, TV, phone, etc all day. Stand and you’ll burn more and be more productive. I love my stand-up desk.
