Want To Boost Your Mood and Self-Esteem?


Need a pick me up?  Try something different this week and take at least a little piece of your exercise program outside.

Researchers say that just a few minutes in the great outdoors are enough to boost your self-esteem and your mood.  And if you’re looking for an added bonus, get some water in the picture.  Positive effects of being around water are even bigger!

There’s tip number 4 of 50 to a flat belly and tight butt.  Get out!  The better you feel, the more you’ll move and make better food choices.
