“Crazy 8-300 Turbulence Training Bodyweight Circuit” Fit Enough For President Obama?

Just finished with my morning buzz.  I’m an addict.  I admit it.  Thank goodness my friends know me and tolerate me.  Wait a minute, what am I saying?  I know I can be a little ridiculous at times and have an issue with taking a break and relaxing, but maybe a few more folks could stand to be a bit more addicted to the sweat and feel good buzz as I am.  I am also very grateful that I’ve stumbled upon Craig B’s body weight cardio workouts  http://tinyurl.com/6uykrk.  They’re awesome.  Very easy on my knees and you can do them anywhere, anytime without any equipment. All you need is you and some open floor space.  Before when I’d be visiting up here (Steamboat CO.)  I’d take the girls(Gracie and Stella) for a jog or interval run down on the yampa core trail.  But since my right knee (that is minus just about all it’s cartilage from an old injury) has been acting up, it’s been great to adopt these bodyweight cardio workouts to get my fix.  My knee feels great and It’s spared so I can do all the other activities that I love up here like: snow boarding, hiking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.  And you know what else is great about these workouts?  They don’t take a whole lot of time either.  I just finished 3 rounds of the crazy 8 circuit in under 30 minutes.

What a time saver.  In fact, I read yesterday that President Obama works out at the gym 6 days a week and he even does traditional long cardio sessions.  I’m thinking that he’s going to be kind of busy and he might not have the time for all that hullabalo.  If I were him, I’d throw in a couple of these awewome bodyweight workouts.  They really give you the best bang for the buck.  Quick, easy and effective.  And better yet he can do them with his wife or even with his girls at home.  I’m sure the White House has some nice open space.  So if you’re looking for a good exercise fix check them out.  http://tinyurl.com/6uykrk.  As I mentioned the other day there’s even a special sale going ($100 off plus bonuses) until Friday 1/23/09.
