5 Weeks down 7 to go. Today the scale moved! I lost 1lb, gained an inch in my chest and lost 1% body fat. Not bad for the week. My clothes are really fitting different too which supports the muscle gain and body fat reduction. I’ve made some adjustments to my nutrition like reducing the amount of nuts and organic peanut butter that I consume. Even though they’re good fats and I love them, too many will inhibit your fat loss progress. So I think that change along with an up in the intensity of the workouts helped me lose a little more fat this week. I have to say that by how my clothes were fitting throughout the week lead me to think that I lost more than I did, but as I said , I’m trying my best not to get discouraged and hung up on the scale thing. I feel better than ever too and that’s huge.
