12 Week Transformation Update

4 Weeks completed!  Today the scale didn’t budge again!  I’ve had to talk myself down all day and try very hard to remind ME of all the positive progress.  Like: -1/4 in Chest, -1/4 in arms, -3/4 in waist, -1/2 in hips, and -1/4 in thighs.  -2 in overall in 1 week.  7 inches overall reduction just sinch 12/21 so I shouldn’t be complaining.  I feel great, my cloths are fitting better and I’m making consitent progress.  Remind me please not to freak out about the scale anymore!
