Chloe Victoria’s X Factor Bootcamp Challenge…

I was looking through some YouTube videos and ran across one called Chloe Victoria’s X Factor Bootcamp Challenge! The title intrigued me and I noticed that the video had 73,000 views so I thought it be worth the watch. I was under the impression that I’d be in for an extreme boot camp challenge workout. Man was I wrong… I admit that I pretty much live under a rock and don’t have a clue what’s going on in pop-culture, especially when it comes to TV, but this is a perfect example of my one track health and fitness brain.

Instead of a bootcamp workout challenge, I got sucked into a minute and a half of Chloe belting out a tune I’ve never heard in some of the shortest shorts and highest heeled boots that would certainly cause me injury and embarrassment if I even thought about wearing them.

I’m no American Idol judge for sure, but her performance left a bit to be desired. Also looked like she forgot a few of the lyrics towards the end.

So what the heck does this have to do with health and fitness??? Not much except for the lesson that, what something appears to be on the outside may be a whole other story. For example, the obvious like changing your diet and beginning to exercise, may not be the only things you need to look at in order to get rid of those unwanted pounds. Most times “it’s more than just diet and exercise” and it could be other factors like obesogens that are at the root cause of your muffin top.

Oh, another fitness take away could be that even though you might wear a ton of caked on makeup and mondo fake eyelashes, you can still have some very fit and shapely legs. The girls either got good genetics or she works at it a bit or maybe a little of both? What do you think? Watch the video and let us know your thoughts in the comment section.

  1. This is a TV singing competition called X Factor in the UK. Bootcamp is the stage where they undergo vigorous vocal training and practice.
