What is Natural Fitness?

Natural Fitness is one of my favorite ways to incorporate activity into my lifestyle. I’d much rather take a hike with the girls (Grace & Stella-Yellow and Chocolate Labs) than walk or jog on a boring treadmill.   Simply put then Natural Fitness is getting out, being active and connecting with nature in an eco-friencly way.  Just walking or riding your bike around in your neighborhood, walking or riding your bike to work or any other eco-friendly place allows us to absorb the energy of your surroundings and nourish our health and our souls.  Other ways you can stay fit and focus on the environment are Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Pilates.  And if you perform these activities outside you get an even bigger bang for your buck because your surrounded by Natures wonderful positive energy.  Taking time to Naturally care for your Health and Your Fitness is very important to Conscious Sustainable Living on our planet.  The Healthier you are the better your immune system is, the less you’re sick, the less medication you’ll use and the lower your health care costs will be.  You’ll also require fewer resources.  Which is very "Green" in deed.  Then if you add in the ant-aging benefits of being active, I just don’t see why people wouldn’t want to just get out and get going?
