Turbulence Training 12 Week Transformation Update

The results for week 2 are:  1.7 lbs of fat lost.  I was very pleased with that and I was even more excited about the inches lost.  Which were:  3 1/4 total.  1/4 inch lost in my arms, 1/2 inch in my waist, 3/4 inch in my hips, 1 1/4 inches in my thighs and a 1/2 inch in my calves.  Guess the fat’s leaving me from all over?  No wonder my clothes are fitting differently.  It sure is a nice feeling especially during the holidays when most of us gain an average of 7 lbs.  So there’s proof that the 90:10 rule works.  Stick to a clean diet 90 percent of the time and treat your self once a week.  And if you’re going to have a treat, be sure to make it worth it.  Pick something good.  Mine  this week will be something that I’ve made today.  I’ve dusted off my Great Grandma Gooche’s Italian Dark Chocolate Cookie recipe.  Of course I modified the recipe a little bit and used organic ingredients.  And I have to say they turned out pretty darn good (had to taste a bite to be sure they were ok).  Just like I remembered them when I was a kid.  They’re killer.   So far Turbulence Training in addition to a good sound nutrition program is doing it’s job.    If I can do it,  so can you despite killer cookies during the Holiday Season.  So why don’t you get a jump on it?  Don’t wait until Jan 1st.
