I’ve had the pleasure of spending the past 6 days in beautiful Steamboat Springs CO and since I’m here in “Ski Town USA” I thought it would be fitting to do a “Quick Anywhere” workout which is great for toning up your butt and thighs and is also very effective for prepping for winter sports like snow-boarding, skiing, cross country skiing and snow-shoeing. This workout is simple, quick and the best part about it is you can do it anywhere anytime. It’s really easy to fit in.
The workout consists of 4 different movements. Be sure you warm-up really good before you begin, especially if you're doing it in the chilly outdoors. You want to be sure your muscles are good and warm to prevent injury.
Exercise 1 – 20 Body Weight Squats
Exercise 2 – 20 Walking Lunges
Exercise 3 – 20 Sprint Steps
Exercise 4 – 20 Walking Steps
