Do You Lust For Legs Like Lady Gaga?

This week I’ve shared several stories about getting rid of those lumps and bumps on our hips, butts and thighs. So I thought it was fitting to do a music video workout with a song by a Lady (no pun intended) who’s got an incredibly sexy body, especially her hips, thighs and butt. No sign of cellulite there. That’s for sure. Admit it ladies, wouldn’t we just kill for a body like hers? This workout is pretty challenging. It includes two combo exercises again that hit your whole body and it also will challenge your cardiovascular system too. Perfect little workout prep you for those demanding winter sports like snow-boarding and skiing. This one gives you a pretty good buzz too.

The workout consists of just 2 combination exercises that will tone your full body. 
 
Exercise 1 – Renegade Row With a Cross Body Mountain Climber. Do this during the verses.
 
Exercise 2 – Split Squat Jumps. Do this during each chorus.
