
Are you having a party? If so, Stellie, Gracie and I have a fun little partner workout to a music video to help offset some of those extra calories you might run across this Sunday.
The workout’s real simple again. Just 2 exercises and just like the other music video partner workouts, you’ll do exercise 1 during the chorus and exercise 2 during the verses of Ke$ha’s popular hit “Tik Tok”
The workout consists of just 2 combination exercises that will tone your full body.
Exercise 1 – Alternate Side Touch with a Plank Jack. Do this during each verse.
Exercise 2 – Alternating Sideways Lunge with a Row. Do this during the chorus.

This little workout's only about 3 1/2 minutes long so you can repeat it 3 or 4 times if you want, or combine it with one of the other partner music video workouts. Workout with Lady Gaga or The Black Eyed Peas.
