Music Video Partner Workout 2 With…..”The Black Eyed Peas”

Back by popular demand is another Music Video Partner workout to use by itself or in combination with workout 1 with Lady Gaga.  This little workout doesn't require counting reps just like the first workout.  Most of us don't like to keep track of that stuff and furthermore I have a hard time counting… for real.  My clients tease me about it all the time.  All you have to do is perform exercise 1 during the chorus and exercise 2 during the verse part of the song.  Below is a link for the song.  "I got a Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas.  One of my favorite groups.  You can do this workout preferably with a partner so you can gain that accountability and social support or if you don't have a "Stella" (The Crazy Chocolate Lab in the videos) you can go it alone.  Just be sure you do it either way ok…It's a fast fun way to get some blood pumping, muscle toning fun activity in to your day.

The workout consists of just 2 combination exercises that will tone your full body. 
 
Exercise 1 – Band or Towel Chops with an alternating backwards lunge. Do this during the chorus.
 
Exercise 2 – Squat with a Dumb bell curl to press. Do this during each verse.
