Workout With Lady Gaga!

For Christmas this year I was able to get in a bonus visit to my favorite place on earth Steamboat Springs Colorado. While there I was treated to another big time extra. I got the pleasure of working out with 3 of my BFF’s. You see usually when I’m getting in my exercise buzz, my friends typically coffee (w/Bailey’s) clutch and tease the heck out of me, but this trip they joined in and out of that came a great idea to make workouts more fun. As I’m discovering, another exercise inhibitor for women my age is that they think working out is boring and it takes too long. Out of Super GG’s mouth that day came a very doable and fun solution to this problem. She said….”I could work out all day if it was to Gaga.” The routine below combines the best of both key motivators for fat loss success (Social Support & Fun). An easy partner workout that’s short, sweet and effective done to Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video. If you haven’t seen this video, it should get your mind off the exercise, entertain you and before you know it your done! Have fun! We did.

The workout consists of just 2 combination exercises that will tone your full body. 
 
Exercise 1 – Band or Towel Squat with a Row. Do this during the chorus.
 
Exercise 2 – Push-up with a Mountain Climber. Do this during each verse.
