5 Easy Steps to Achieve Your Fat Loss Resolution

It's so easy to start the year off with a ton of motivation to lose those unwanted lb's by feeding off of everyone elses super charged New Years resolution energy.  However, some of you may know that not too long after you've set some pretty awesome goals, the scale stalls and your interest fades.  Don't stress.  There is hope.  All you have to do is follow the five easy tips below and you'll stay on track while most others fat loss dreams quickly fade off into the sunset.


1.) Dream- 
Think up a really big goal and attach some passion or emotion to it.  If you're really passionate or emotional about a goal, you've got a much better chance of achieving it.

2.) Plan–  I know you've heard of the ol addage…if you fail to plan you plan to fail.  Map out your fat loss journey in small chunks.  Just like you'd eat an elephant.  One bite at a time.  If you don't have a plan, a program like "Cellulite Circuits" maps it all out for you.  Also, try working your way backward to test how realistic your goal is.  ie. If you'd like to lose 12 lbs by March 30th it's more than possible to shoot for 1lb a week because you've got 12 weeks to accomplish your goal if you start the week of Jan 1st.

3.) Balance – Balance is a must do.  Although you have to focus on your dream, spreading out your energy in the 4 key life areas (Health, career, family and social) is essential.  The wheel of life doesn't roll very well if one of these areas gets out of whack.   If that happens, you'll more than likely burn yourself out and soon your dream of a six pack will be thrown aside.


4.) Support – Get support and give support.  It's been proven time and time again that social support is a must if you're going to succeed at your fat loss goal.  It's just too easy to throw in the towel if someone doesn't have your back and if you don't have theirs.

5.) Joy– You've got you enjoy the journey.  Be patient and focus on making the journey fun.  Be happy with where your at and grateful for each and every bit of progress you're making along the way.  Don't do that thing in your head "  I'll be happy when I lose my 12 lbs."  That's self sabotage.
