Burn Fat and Build Muscle With Me At Home!

Had a thought today regarding my Turbulence Training transformation experiment.  I’d like to invite any willing and able bodied subjects to join me to burn fat and build muscle over the next 4 weeks.  And you know what, you can even do it from the comfort of your own home without the use of any fancy equiptment.  All you need is your own body, a pumped up attitude and the desire to lose fat and improve your fitness level over the next 4 weeks with me!  Doesn’t that sound like a blast or what?
