Burn Fat Not Fossil Fuel!

Here’s the challenge guys, I know it’s winter and it’s the Holiday season, but if all of us would just choose one trip a week utilizing HUMAN POWER (walking or biking) to run an errand etc. I believe that could have a significant impact on our health as well as the health of our planet.  Co2 emissions from our vehicles are a major contributor to global warming.  In addition to that obesity in the U.S. has reached epidemic proportions.  Nearly 2/3 of adult Americans are overweight or obese and over 300,000 adult deaths in the U.S. each year can be attributed to unhealthy dietary habits, physical inactivity and sedentary behavior.  So if it’s safe to do so, bike or walk to your destination and you’ll burn FAT and NOT Fossil Fuel.
